Job summary

Perkins&Will seeks a Project Manager – Healthcare with 8–10+ years of experience to lead design and delivery from scope through construction administration in our healthcare practice.

You will manage project teams, ensure collaboration, and communicate clearly with clients and consultants while maintaining project standards and budgets. This role is based in Durham, NC, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare design projects through scope to construction administration.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams.
• Strong client communication and collaboration with multiple disciplines.
• Familiarity with Deltek PM systems and BIM, building codes.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute all aspects of the design process to meet goals and standards.
• Full responsibility for managing projects within scope and budget.
• Lead project teams, foster collaboration, and drive high performance.
• Develop and validate project scope, budget, and services during marketing.
• Provide timely communication to clients and project teams; monitor construction administration.
