Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in management role for a construction manager or CM at Risk firm.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large scale projects.
• Thorough understanding of Cost Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize industry contacts to generate leads and pursue business opportunities.
• Lead the work acquisition process and coordinate with inter-department staff.
• Provide oversight across all phases of the project from preconstruction to close-out.
• Negotiate owner contracts and manage subcontract development.
• Mentor, train, and coach staff to achieve performance standards.
