Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years of experience in a lead management role for a construction manager or CM at Risk firm.

• Proficient in cost reporting and understanding of schedule principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development opportunities through industry contacts.
• Manage the preconstruction phase closely with estimators to develop budgets.
• Provide oversight across all project phases from preconstruction to close-out.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee subcontractor development.
• Mentor and train staff to ensure professional growth and performance standards.
