Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, developing plans, supporting residency programs, and preparing reports with data from healthcare sources. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a Project Coordinator role preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Experience with Epic EHR, SQL and analytic/data tools is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Able to build relationships with all staff levels, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of project plans and timelines to meet goals.
• Coordinate multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
• Organizes meetings and creates presentations for status updates.
• Supports Provider committees and coordinates project meetings.
• Documents workflows and learns new PM tools as needed.
• Gathers data from healthcare sources for reports.
• Supports grant, budget, and regulatory reporting.
• Assists in residency program support and policy review.
