Data Services Technical Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA – Able to work 6 days a month onsite (usually Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays of weeks 2 and 4). Travel costs not reimbursed.

Contract: 6 month contract, immediate hire.

Responsibilities include arranging meetings, tracking work, documenting findings for Health Data Services, informing the director, creating structures, policies, procedures, forms and trackers, managing deliverables, vendor relationships, staff training, and supporting the team’s organization. The coordinator will develop reporting tools that help scale the work and enhance customer communication.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project coordinator experience
• Experience in Healthcare or Government; preference for County Health Care experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet, SharePoint, and MS Teams
• Self‑driven, able to produce results from minimal direction, proficient in English
• Understanding of basic project principles; PMI/PMP language is a bonus
• Experience working with data engineers is a bonus
