Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital is seeking a Program Manager to lead planning and implementation for multiple projects, including developing work plans, metrics, and resource allocation. You will work with managers, directors, and clinicians to align department goals with strategic objectives.

The role requires strong PM skills, budgeting experience, and the ability to coordinate across teams while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications or related field.
• Five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, analytical/problem-solving and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, resources, communication, and performance reporting.
• Apply standard project management methodologies across the lifecycle.
• Utilize project management tools for planning, procurement, and budgeting.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design, testing, and rollout strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and review deliverables for leadership approval.
• Establish effective communication among stakeholders and vendors.
