Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years healthcare experience.
• 2 years management experience in a healthcare setting.

• Excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-line non-exempt staff including interviewing, hiring, training, and employee relations.
• Schedule staff and allocate resources to maximize patient access and provider productivity.
• Conduct supply purchasing within budget.
• Report monthly productivity results to providers and staff.
• Ensure data collection and data entry accuracy and facilitate data flow to Central Office.
• Conduct cash management duties including co-pays and patient balances and processing of bills.
• Serve as active participant in corporate committees and task forces.
• Provide financial analysis to facilitate planning and cash flow management.
• Communicate budget and variance information to professional staff.
• Understand job functions for training and development opportunities.
• Set priorities and timelines to ensure efficient resource use.
• Work with senior management to define performance goals and monitor progress.
