Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Program Manager for Central Radiology to lead planning and execution of key programs in Winfield, IL. You will coordinate resources, develop work plans, and track metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in collaboration with clinicians and department leadership.

The role requires strong project management skills, experience in healthcare administration, and the ability to work across multiple teams within Northwestern Memorial HealthCare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, strong communication and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, reporting and meetings.
• Apply standard project management methodologies through all project stages.
• Utilize PM tools for planning, procurement, budgeting and tracking.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design, testing and rollout strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and minimize risk exposure.
• Prepare and review deliverables for leadership approval and maintain documentation.
