Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or business administration.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive healthcare project management experience.
• Ability to manage client stakeholders and communications across projects.
• Strong budgeting, negotiations, scheduling, and team coordination skills.
• Read and interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to establish and achieve goals and objectives.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Lead project procurement, negotiation, execution, and closeout of contracts.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Prepare monthly cost control budgets and invoicing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deliverables and timelines.
• Monitor program status, KPIs, and other metrics for stakeholders.
