Job summary

Covalus is seeking a Program Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across assigned markets, including Orlando area. You will oversee feasibility, planning, budgets, schedules, and performance of projects, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, contract negotiation, and risk management, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare development project management experience.
• Experience coordinating with design teams, contractors, and clients.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility analysis with internal partners and consultants.
• Interface with client project leads and administration teams.
• Oversee selection and contracts for A/E, GC, and other firms.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost control.
• Provide construction administration and QA/QC.
• Prepare monthly client reports and performance metrics.
• Travel up to 25-75% as required.
