Job summary

Covalus is seeking a Program Coordinator to work with the Lead Program Manager on project management activities and performance across healthcare projects. The role supports budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination from a home office or company office setting.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business administration.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office programs; eBuilder experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn new software such as Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and eBuilder.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily interface with client, design and construction project team, representing the client.
• Collaborate with the client to ensure project alignment of stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and manage meetings with project stakeholders.
• Track submission and approval of project submittals and RFIs from the contractor.
• Manage all project financial and budget commitments and invoice processing.
