Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility analyses with internal partners and design teams.
• Interface with client leads, user groups, and vendors.
• Manage selection and contract negotiations for design and GC firms.
• Review changes and approve additional work requests.
• Supervise programming and planning by the architect.
• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Provide construction administration per company policies.
• Monitor GC performance for risk and safety management.
• Prepare monthly client reports and performance indicators.
• Oversee procurement of equipment and furnishings with vendors.
