Reporting within the Human Resources/Workforce Development Division, the position is full-time with a focus on public health services and program evaluation to support residents’ health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; three (3) years of experience in the area of assignment; or seven (7) years of related experience; or one (1) year at Healthcare Prgm Consultant 1 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance and training within a health care specialty.
• Plans, directs, and implements a specialty program.
• Evaluates programs for compliance with state and/or federal guidelines.
