Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care services or related field; 4 years managerial or supervisory experience, or 2 years at Mgr 2 level.
• Some positions may require certification and/or licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Public Health, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work or related; Master's in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration or related.

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides assistance to plan, organize, direct and coordinate the delivery of health services.
• Monitors and evaluates healthcare programs.
• Directs subordinate managers and staff.
• Provides leadership and oversight of the county tuberculosis prevention and control program; supervise staff; monitor TB surveillance, case management, contact investigations, and treatment activities; ensure compliance with state and federal requirements; analyze program data.
