Job summary

Milliman’s Seattle healthcare practice seeks a Product Operations Specialist to enhance software management processes and support product growth. You will work with account managers and subject matter experts to coordinate releases, gather feedback, and update the roadmap, while maintaining data integrity in Dynamics and handling onboarding, invoicing, and contact loading.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a product operations specialist or product data analyst, developing and improving existing software and customer or client relationship management processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with senior consultants and product leaders.
• Comfortable sending template-based follow-up to clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and distribution of healthcare financial and analytic software products.
• Coordinate customer communication, deploy releases, gather feedback, and update the product roadmap.
• Improve existing software product support processes: onboarding, distribution, invoicing, upgrades.
• Maintain clean product-related data in Dynamics and load/update contacts from various sources.
• Schedule meetings with product leaders or consultants and track lead sources and pipeline materials.
• Assist with general and administrative financial tasks.
