• 3+ years in formal product management with strategy and roadmap experience.
• Experience working with Agile software delivery and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding complex clinical workflows and data movement.

• Define product vision, priorities, and roadmap direction for complex clinical and operational workflows.
• Translate ambiguous needs into clear product plans and requirements.
• Partner with engineering, design, clinical experts, implementation, operations, support, and sales to align on goals.
• Lead discovery and prioritization using customer feedback and data.
• Manage backlog refinement, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Analyze product performance and trends to inform prioritization and improvements.
• Investigate issues across workflows and processes to drive resolution.
• Incorporate AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Support launch readiness, adoption, and post-release follow-up.
• Collaborate on discovery, sizing, and prioritization for adjacent initiatives.
• Maintain product docs in Jira and Confluence.
