athenahealth is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the ordering experiences within the athenaClinicals portfolio. You will own strategy and execution for the ordering area, partnering with PM, Engineering, UX, Analytics, Patient Safety, and Customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role is hybrid in Boston, reporting to an Executive Director, Product Management. You will lead multi-release roadmaps, define epics, user stories, and success metrics, while driving AI-enabled product

Qualificações

• 8+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 4 years of product management experience.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within Agile or Scrum product development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer or business problems into effective, scalable product solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support product management activities with appropriate human review.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy and execution for the assigned product area, including prioritization and roadmap development.
• Serve as Product Owner for assigned Scrum teams, defining priorities and scope.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from strategy to measurement of outcomes.
• Define epics, user stories, and business requirements in partnership with UX and Engineering.
• Analyze product data and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Design experiments and beta releases to validate customer value.
• Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities and establish responsible rollout and monitoring.
• Integrate AI-enabled methods into product discovery and development workflows.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and launch plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product management practices.
