Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping products and measuring customer outcomes.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare enterprise needs.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools for product discovery, prototyping, or development.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, strategy, and delivery across related workstreams with priorities and roadmaps.
• Prototype to learn with clinicians and resolve uncertainties before heavy investment.
• Serve as Scrum Product Owner: prioritize backlogs, write specs, manage scope and sequencing.
• Make AI tools part of everyday product work and share learnings with teams.
• Lead launches with partners, measure adoption and outcomes, and iterate.
