Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 4 years of product management experience.
• Experience serving as a Product Manager or Product Owner within Agile or Scrum product development teams.
• Experience leading products or significant product capabilities through discovery development launch measurement and iteration.
• Demonstrated ability to establish product vision priorities and roadmaps using customer insights and data.
• Experience using product metrics and experiments to assess customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and clinical workflows to identify product opportunities.
• Own product strategy and execution for the assigned area, including backlog and roadmap development with PM leadership.
• Serve as Product Owner for Scrum teams, prioritizing scope and delivery sequencing.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to measurement of outcomes.
• Define epics, user stories, and requirements with UX and Engineering.
• Analyze product data and feedback to inform decisions.
• Design experiments and releases to validate value and fit.
• Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities and ensure responsible rollout.
• Integrate AI methods into discovery and development workflows.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and launch plans.
