Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (healthcare admin, public health, HIM, or business) and several years of supervisory experience, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare administration, public health, health information management, or business administration.
• Three years of supervisory experience recommended.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to manage operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
• Collaborate with physicians to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Oversee front-end revenue cycle workflows and practice indicators.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets with MMG leadership.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage scheduling and staffing levels.
• Oversee inventory, security, and occupational health and safety.
• Resolve patient complaints and improve the patient experience.
