Methodist Medical Group is seeking an Office Manager to supervise daily facility operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality patient care in collaboration with physicians. You will lead front-end revenue cycle activities, manage staffing, and drive performance against MMG standards.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and a focus on operational excellence within a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, health information management or business administration is preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with physicians, staff and patients.

Aufgaben

• Supervise front-end revenue cycle workflows and monitor practice performance.
• Round with staff daily and ensure MMG standards for huddles and staff meetings.
• Coordinate annual operating budget development and monitor performance to budget.
• Manage and report patient experience and access at assigned practice(s).
• Hire, train, monitor, and evaluate direct reports; conduct annual reviews.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and inventory of medications and medical equipment.
• Ensure security and occupational health/safety at practice sites.
• Lead practice-based committees to engage staff in operational decisions.
