Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager in Florida to supervise multiple physician practices, drive start-up initiatives, credentialing support, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will coordinate staffing, budgeting, and workflow improvements across practices while ensuring policy compliance and staff engagement.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice, with preferred experience in billing, coding, and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience in a physician practice.
• Billing and coding experience in a physician practice preferred.
• Patient care experience in a physician practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages offices to deliver high quality care in a courteous, efficient environment.
• Oversees start-up of new physician practices and credentialing activities.
• Coordinates operations, workflow, staffing, and training for practices.
• Hires, evaluates, counsels, and terminates staff per policy.
• Provides orientation and ensures policy compliance and staff engagement.
• Maintains staff descriptions and conducts performance evaluations.
• Prepares operating, salary, and capital budgets and monitors adherence.
• Supervises staff, schedules, and ensures adequate department coverage.
• Reviews policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develops and implements policies governing patient quality of life and care.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and improves team collaboration.
• Oversees revenue cycle management including up-front collections and coding.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
