Responsabilités

• Manage offices in a cost-effective, efficient manner ensuring high-quality care in a courteous and friendly atmosphere.
• Oversee start-up of new physician practices, including recruited and established physicians, and assist with credentialing activities.
• Coordinate, monitor, and improve operations of each practice, including workflow, documentation, staffing, and training.
• Coordinate hiring process for practices, complete performance evaluations, and participate in coaching and termination per policy.
• Provide orientation for new employees and ensure compliance with department policies and procedures.
• Maintain current job descriptions and complete performance evaluations for staff to ensure competency.
• Participate in budgeting and revenue cycle management; oversee department productivity and compliance.
