AdventHealth is seeking an experienced office operations leader to manage multiple physician practices. You will oversee start-up activities, credentialing, staffing, and policy compliance to ensure high-quality patient care across sites.

You will guide budgeting, revenue cycle management, and staff development while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. This role emphasizes collaboration, strategic planning, and data-driven improvements in a faith-based health care environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manages offices in a cost-effective, efficient manner ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Oversees startup of new physician practices and credentialing activities.
• Coordinates and improves operations of each practice, including flow, training, staffing, and oversight.
• Coordinates hiring, evaluates performance, and supports counseling and termination per policy.
• Provides orientation for new employees and ensures policy compliance and engagement.
• Maintains current job descriptions and conducts staff evaluations for assigned practices.
• Participates in operating, salary, and capital budgets, ensuring budget adherence.
• Supervises and schedules staff, ensuring adequate department coverage.
• Reviews policies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps develop policies governing patient rights to quality care.
• Evaluates programs to improve teamwork and efficiency.
• Oversees practice revenue cycle management and claims processing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
