Job summary

You will partner with leadership to implement policies, monitor budget and revenue cycles, and ensure top-quality patient access and service. Prior experience in ambulatory settings is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 3–5 years experience in a physician's office.
• Knowledge of medical billing.

Responsibilities

• Manage practice operations to ensure high quality patient service and efficient, compliant workflows.
• Collaborate with Group Practice Director to implement office policies and goals.
• Oversee staff performance, conduct evaluations, and address performance gaps.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful work environment and coordinate staff training.
• Coordinate with physicians and leadership on rotations, trials, and multi-site practices.
• Monitor staffing, payroll (Kronos), and budget matters; optimize revenue cycle activities.
