Responsibilities

• Manages practice operations to ensure high-quality patient service and efficient access.
• Partners with leadership to implement policies, workflows, and goals.
• Oversees staff performance, evaluations, training, and onboarding.
• Supports multi-site or multi-specialty practices and vendor relationships.
• Monitors budget, payroll, and revenue cycle; analyzes variances and opportunities.
• Addresses patient concerns and coordinates with hospital departments as needed.
