Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and ensures compliance with Practice Guidelines.
• Lead staff development and participation in governance councils and committees.
• Coordinate delivery of patient care and align departmental goals with the organization's mission.
• Manage human resources: recruitment, orientation, performance appraisals and staff development.
• Assist in budget development; monitor expenses and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Promote professional growth and continuing education; ensure licensing and certifications are current.
• Maintain organizational requirements and customer service standards; participate in quality improvement activities.
