Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational duties of a high-volume primary care practice.
• Develop annual budgets with Director of Site Operations and monitor costs.
• Manage payroll procedures, time cards, and attendance systems.
• Coordinate staffing, provider schedules and on-call rosters.
• Train and orient new staff; conduct evaluations and feedback.
• Ensure policy compliance and foster effective communication across teams.
• Address patient inquiries and support front office operations.
• Maintain supplies, petty cash, and performance standards.
