The role oversees daily operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, revenue cycle, and patient satisfaction, partnering with providers and the health system to maintain peak performance and a professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
• Courses in medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the medical office and ensure patient access to care.
• Coordinate staff schedules, payroll, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop and monitor budgets; manage revenue cycle and monthly reporting.
