Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-4 years of progressively responsible hospital administration experience.
• MGMA or ACHE membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of ambulatory practice locations and supervise staff.
• Oversee scheduling, templates, and registration processes to optimize patient flow.
• Oversee the revenue cycle including verification, authorization, collection, and reconciliation.
• Develop and monitor budgets and monitor variances to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with Hospital policies and Medicare/Medicaid regulations and staff training.
