AdventHealth in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Practice Administrator to oversee multiple physician offices, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality patient care and compliant operations. You will lead start-ups, credentialing, staffing, and training while managing budgets and revenue cycles.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in a physician practice, strong communication, and proficiency with EHR and Microsoft Office. BLS certification is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supervising physician practices preferred.
• Knowledge of front office tasks and systems required.
• Knowledge of organization policies and procedures required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with revenue cycle management and physician coding preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages offices in a cost-effective, efficient manner to ensure high quality patient care.
• Oversees start-up of new physician practices and credentialing activities.
• Coordinates, monitors, and improves practice operations, including staffing and training.
• Manages hiring processes and evaluations, and coaches staff.
• Provides orientation for new employees and enforces department policies.
• Ensures staff competency and maintains job descriptions and performance reviews.
• Participates in budget development and monitoring for departments.
• Supervises staff, schedules, and assigns duties to ensure coverage.
• Reviews policies to ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care.
• Oversees revenue cycle management including upfront collections and coding.
