Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and 3+ years progressive management in a medical practice or integrated health system.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, scheduling systems, and staffing protocols with proven process-improvement skills.
• Epic experience is required and proficiency with healthcare management software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and oversight of practice operations at one or more FHCHC locations.
• Oversee and optimize patient access, focusing on appointment scheduling and registration processes.
• Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to align schedules with patient demand and extend hours as needed.
• Ensure adequate clinical and support staffing during extended hours and coordinate care delivery across shifts.
• Monitor KPIs related to patient access and appointment availability; resolve issues promptly and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and FHCHC policies; train staff and monitor performance.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
