Job summary

Valley Health Physician Alliance in Las Vegas is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate credentialing across multiple practices within the UHS network.

You will lead budgeting, recruitment, onboarding, and revenue-cycle monitoring while upholding confidentiality and service excellence in collaboration with CBO, marketing, quality, finance, HR, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 5-7 years healthcare experience with at least 2 years in a supervisor role.
• CMPE certification preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and credentialing with health system staff offices and payers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as primary liaison to internal and external stakeholders, managing departmental expenses and monitoring revenue cycle operations.
• Participate in annual operating and capital budgeting and provider and employee recruitment and onboarding.
• Demonstrate service excellence, convey professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Healthcare experience 5-7 years

CMPE certification

Supervisory experience 3-5 years
