Community Care Physicians' Charlton Family Medicine site is seeking a Full-time Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a 40-hour (Mon-Fri) schedule with occasional variation to meet business needs.

The manager will supervise administrative staff, coordinate patient registration, triage, scheduling, referrals, billing and payroll, and ensure compliance, confidentiality and high-quality patient service across the practice.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health or business administration preferred.
• Clinical management experience as an RN or LPN is strongly preferred.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing preferred, with NYS RN license.
• Five years of medical office experience including three years in a supervisor role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and coordination of tasks, registrations, triage, appointments and purchasing.
• Manage value-based care efforts (NCQA PCMH, EPC) to drive practice transformation.
• Coordinate training and staff development and monitor productivity.
• Provide reports on staff/provider productivity and patient outcomes.
• Prepare payroll accurately and timely following CCP procedures.
• Assist with credentialing, coding accuracy and charge entry.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and collaborate with HR on staff relations.
• Resolve billing/demographic errors with administration and laboratory staff.
