Charlton Family Medicine is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a busy primary care site. The role guides patient registration, triage, scheduling, billing workflows, and staff coordination to ensure high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have healthcare management experience, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to supervision. The position is full-time with standard weekday hours, and flexibility to support business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in health or business administration preferred.
• RN license in NYS preferred (BSN preferred).
• Five years medical office experience with at least three years in supervision/management in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and high standards for patient service.
• Confidentiality, discretion, professionalism and independent work ability.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and computer systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day office operations including patient registration, reception, triage, appointments, referrals, ordering supplies, invoices and equipment maintenance.
• Lead value-based care initiatives such as NCQA PCMH, EPC, and related transformations.
• Coordinate training and staff development; organize productivity reports for staff and providers.
• Analyze patient outcomes data, QA, goals, and performance issues; prepare payroll accurately.
• Assist with credentialing of practitioners and collaborate with HR on employee relations.
• Ensure compliant coding and accurate charge entry with providers and administration.
