Job summary

Community Care Physicians seeks a full-time Practice Manager for Charlton Family Medicine. The role supports a 40-hour work week (Monday–Friday) to oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative leadership at the Charlton Family Medicine site.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient registration, triage, appointments, billing, payroll, staff development, and ensuring confidentiality of medical information while advancing value-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or business administration preferred.
• Clinical management experience as an RN or LPN strongly preferred.
• BSN from an accredited school with NYS RN license preferred.
• Five years of medical office experience including supervisor/management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations including registration, triage, appointments and purchasing.
• Lead value-based care efforts (NCQA PCMH, EPC) for practice transformation.
• Coordinate training and staff development; organize productivity reports.
• Ensure accurate coding and charge entry; resolve demographic/billing issues.
• Prepare payroll and coordinate with HR and administration; maintain confidentiality.
