Community Care Physicians’ Charlton Family Medicine seeks a Full-time Practice Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations, staffing, payroll, and compliance. You will drive value-based care initiatives, coordinate training, and ensure accurate coding and billing within an EMR environment.

The role requires a BSN or health/business admin degree, NYS RN license preferred, and at least five years in medical office management with leadership experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health or business administration preferred.
• RN license in NYS with BSN preferred.
• Five years medical office experience including three years in supervisor/management.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and professionalism in patient service.
• Solid knowledge of medical billing and computer systems/applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day office operations including patient registration, appointments, referrals, and billing processes.
• Lead value-based care efforts (NCQA PCMH, EPC) to support practice transformation.
• Coordinate and implement staff training and development.
• Produce reports on productivity, outcomes, and performance issues.
• Prepare payroll accurately and timely per Community Care procedures.
• Ensure compliant coding and charge entry with practitioners.
