Job summary

Charlton Family Medicine is seeking a Full-time Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, patient flow, and billing processes. The role focuses on coordinating registration, triage, appointments and referrals, while supporting value-based care initiatives and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have a health/business administration background, multiple years in medical office management, and strong leadership and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or business administration preferred.
• RN license in NYS preferred; BSN encouraged.
• Five years of medical office experience with prior supervisory/management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day office operations, including patient registration, triage, appointments, referrals, and billing coordination.
• Manage value-based care initiatives (NCQA PCMH, EPC) to support practice transformation.
• Plan and coordinate staff training and development; produce productivity reports.
