Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 3-5 years in healthcare operations, preferably supervising physician groups.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site hospital operations and liaison with hospital leadership.
• Manage clinician scheduling, onboarding, and policy adherence.
• Support HR, billing compliance, and site reporting activities.
• Drive process improvements and maintain stakeholder relationships.
