Job summary

New Horizon Family Health Services seeks an experienced healthcare operations manager to coordinate primary care access at the Greenville office. You will oversee front desk, scheduling, and billing processes while promoting a patient-centered, team-based care model.

You will work with clinical leadership to optimize provider schedules, ensure policy adherence, and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives for service delivery and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field and at least three (3) years experience management in health care setting.
• Experience with electronic health records and healthcare scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receptionist and front desk operations to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Supervise and evaluate support staff; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure accuracy of deposits and patient demographics in the Practice Management System.
• Coordinate provider and staff schedules with clinical leadership; monitor daily schedules and patient volume.
• Manage same-day access, walk-in appointments, and appointment overflow.
• Prepare and submit monthly office reports and participate in CQI activities.
• Support care coordination, chronic disease management and preventive services.
