Highmark Health seeks a skilled practice operations leader to oversee daily functions of a physician practice or ambulatory surgery center. You will supervise staff, manage hiring and training, and ensure efficient front and back-office workflow.

You will monitor financial metrics, oversee revenue cycle activities, and address patient satisfaction. Adherence to compliance standards and HIPAA is required, with opportunities for CPPM preference.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years' experience in a practice/healthcare setting or equivalent.
• Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day operations of the physician practice or ambulatory surgery center.
• Supervises staff and handles disciplinary actions; interviews, hires, and trains employees, conducts evaluations.
• Monitors financial and revenue cycle metrics; reviews reconciliation of monies collected and deposited.
