Job summary

Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager to lead three clinic locations (Florence, Oracle and Globe) and oversee front- and back-office operations, scheduling, billing, and patient flow to ensure exceptional service.

You will manage clinical and non-clinical teams, implement policy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance through data analysis, staff development, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years medical office management experience.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Software.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends on an emergency basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and management of all clinical and non-clinical team members to ensure quality customer service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day operations of front and back-office procedures, including scheduling, data collection, payment collections, billing, document scanning, vaccine and medication management, patient referrals, and procedures.
