The role requires a Bachelor’s in healthcare administration (Master’s preferred) and 3+ years in healthcare operations, with a focus on value-based care, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership. On-site in Orlando.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years in healthcare operations management, including 2+ years managing medical clinics.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems.
• Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
• Implement and manage value-based care strategies in collaboration with clinical leadership.
• Supervise staff performance, development, and team engagement.
• Manage the center’s P&L, budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Monitor KPIs related to patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and efficiency.
• Lead quality improvement and patient experience initiatives aligned with goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, Population Health to support integrated care.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
