Claremedica Health Partners, LLC is seeking a Practice Manager for our Orlando primary care center. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive value-based care initiatives, manage staff, and ensure financial performance and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in healthcare operations. You will collaborate with clinical leadership and other departments to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, including 2+ years managing medical clinics
• Basic understanding of value-based care models and healthcare regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems
• Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) operations
• Effective decision-making and team management abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
• Implement and manage value-based care strategies in collaboration with clinical leadership.
• Supervise and support staff performance, development, and team engagement.
• Manage the center’s Profit & Loss (P&L), including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.
• Lead quality improvement and patient experience initiatives aligned with care delivery goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.
• Coordinate with other departments (Finance, Compliance, Population Health) to support integrated care.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
• Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, financial oversight, and operational leadership.
