Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years in healthcare operations management with 2+ years managing medical clinics.
• Understanding of value-based care models and healthcare regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare information systems.
• Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) operations.
• Effective decision-making and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resources.
• Lead value-based care initiatives with clinical leadership.
• Supervise staff performance, development, and engagement.
• Manage center P&L, budgeting, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Monitor KPIs on patient satisfaction, outcomes, and efficiency.
• Drive quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, Population Health for integrated care.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
• Demonstrate experience in staff supervision and financial oversight.
