Talentify is seeking a Practice Manager to ensure smooth operation of a physician practice. The role covers HR paperwork, employee management, and handling of all financials including end-of-month and budget. You will lead recruitment, interview candidates, attend and conduct meetings, and drive performance and quality improvements.

Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in business/health, 3-5 years healthcare management

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
