Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Previous healthcare management, billing, clinical, technical and/or reimbursement experience required.
• Membership in professional organization encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative operations of EPN/EPS practices including patient interactions and Epic workflow.
• Manages administrative and clinical staff to ensure timely tasks and optimal reimbursement.
• Creates and adjusts provider schedules; monitors vacation, sick and CE hours; manages on-call schedules.
• Monitors patient experience goals and participates in budget planning and variances.
• Provides staff supervision, directs office workflows, and drives communication and team-building.
