Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative operations of practices including patient interactions, Epic utilization, clinical workflow, documentation, and scheduling.
• Oversees clinic flow, staffing, scheduling, patient access, Epic utilization, and operational issues.
• Manages provider templates, appointment types and productivity to improve access and efficiency.
• Supports policy development, service standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitors budget, expenses, revenue cycle, and KPIs to ensure financial performance.
