Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative operations of EPN/EPS practices including patient interactions, and clinical workflow.
• Manages administrative and clinical staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and optimal reimbursement.
• Creates, monitors and adjusts provider schedules to maximize productivity and access.
• Monitors budget variances and participates in budgetary planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Coordinates new employee orientation and ongoing staff training; ensures HIPAA and safety compliance.
• Completes annual performance reviews and leads staff development programs.
• Provides leadership for workflow improvement programs and ensures patient safety guidelines are followed.
