Job summary

The Elliot Health System is seeking a dedicated healthcare administrator to oversee daily operations for EPN/EPS practices. You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, optimize Epic workflows, and support budgeting and compliance efforts to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include scheduling, patient experience initiatives, staff training, and coordination with Medical Directors to drive performance and safety across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Healthcare management and reimbursement experience preferred.
• Membership in professional organization encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of EPN/EPS practices and Epic workflow.
• Supervise staff to ensure timely tasks, service excellence and compliance.
• Coordinate provider schedules to maximize productivity and access.
• Monitor patient experience goals and contribute to quality initiatives.
• Participate in budgeting, cost control and variance analyses.
• Lead staff training, performance reviews and policy adherence.
